Options of Analysis Modules
Use Analysis Modules Options (Figure 14-1) to specify which modules AthTek NetWalk should enable at each layer (Application, Network, and Physical). Modules with checked boxes are enabled while modules with unchecked boxes are not.

The Application layer modules are intruduced in Application Protocols.The network/physical layer modules.
If you know that you are not interested in a particular type of statistic on the network layer or physical layer, you can turn off its collection to improve AthTek NetWalk’s performance for the statistics you are interested in. After restarting AthTek NetWalk, the tabs for deselected modules appear in the display but remain blank.
