Decode detail panel
The Detail Panel shows each of the layers of the packet selected in the Summary panel. The layers of the packet are arranged with the lowest protocol layer at the top of the pane and then work their way up to the highest protocol layers. You can cascade open each of the layers to see the various fields in the packet decoded into natural language.
Note: The first layer shown for each packet in the Detail panel is the only layer not actually found in the packet itself. Instead, this special packet layer contains 鈥渉ousekeeping鈥?information about the packet as a whole – when it was captured, its packet number, its length, and so on.
